StarBright 980 Series
The StarBright 980 series is specifically designed for Fourier Transform Raman spectroscopy. Like the 785 series, the 980 range is based on the company's novel proprietary feedback technology for broad-area emitting diode lasers.

High power levels can be obtained while maintaining excellent beam quality, enabling short acquisition time as well as ultra high spatial and spectral resolution.

 
The athermal design gives the laser very stable performance through wide temperature sweeps and the good beam quality makes high coupling efficiency to small fibers possible. High power levels can be obtained while maintaining excellent beam quality.
 
StarBright 980 XM
Although being designed for FT Raman Spectroscopy, it is equally suited for interferometry, Lidar and frequency doubling. It has a good coupling efficiency to single mode fiber. The system utilizes the 4 W controller.

StarBright 980 ML
Has the standard diode linewidth of approx. 3 nm but the same exellent beam quality as the 980 M. Applications include Optical Tweesers and interferometry. Good coupling efficiency to single mode fiber and application of the 4 W controller.

Compact Controller Included
The controller is very compact and is designed for easy integration into OEM equipment. The laser includes the controller.
